Troy Petersen is likely the most empathetic and non-judgmental realtor in the greater Victoria area. He was incredibly patient with our needs - which there were many (including a big dog), and keeping our low budget in mind, not only found us the perfect homes (we moved, and used his services again), he never did a hard sale on any property. He was quick to answer questions, knew the answers to complicated questions and apologized if the owners did not leave a property clean. I have nothing but praise for him. He even brought us around at a time when we were not certain about moving to Victoria. We must have looked at over a hundred properties, yet he always acted professionally and chose properties that came on the market before they were advertised. He understands his client, their needs and then acts accordingly. We were difficult clients with unique and special needs - he came through in a way no one else could.
